The new recuperator designed by CVC recovers energy,air-condition and heat by saving energy.
APPLICATIONS Especially designed for bars, pubs, restaurants, canteens, offices, meeting rooms, shops, etc.where the air change is essential and the new regulations require it. The operation principle of these machines isbased on the recovery of sensible heat present in exhausted stale air, which passes through the exchanger (provided with plates), releases the heat into the external cold airflow, which, on its turn, is introduced and distributed in rooms to provide the right amount of fresh air and removing the annoying odors by saving ENERGY. The cold air which is taken from outside, passing through the structure of the RECOVERY undergoes a pre-heating; this reduces the number of calories required to heat the room temperature to the temperature desired. The same advantages are achieved also in summer, when there is a cooling conditioning plant (the PRECOOLING) supplied by the recuperator, which sensibly reduces the refrigerating potentiality necessary for the local cooling.
ADVANTAGES Reduction of the plant management costs (reduction of the employed energy consumption). Filtration of air introduced into the environment and that expelled, which is therefore pollution-free. High efficiency of the crossover unit (>50%). Compact overall dimensions. Low noise levels (panels are double sheet metal with injected polyurethane, 23 mm thick). Possibility to fix hot/cold exchange radiators for an integration of calories/frigories necessary to satisfy the rooms cooling and heating requirements.
The range
The range in made by 5 models (REC1, REC2, REC3, REC4, REC5) for the horizontal/false installation for air from 300 to 3800 m3/h. The outlet and recovery port are changeable of 90o respect to the standard configuration and they can switch it in the constriction center. Circular attacks on the outlet and aspiration sheet unless the REC5 for an easy link made by flexible tube.
